Port Pride Vendors

West Branch Pride's first annual PORT PRIDE!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the First Annual Port Pride Festival at Brandon Park.

The festival will run from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on October 10th!

Spaces are available with pricing as follows:

Artisans/Businesses (selling merchandise): $40
Food Trucks: $20 plus 10% of sales
Community Organizations/Nonprofits: No charge
Electricity: $10 additional charge.

Vendor setup will take place the morning of the event.

Food trucks: Please arrive between 7:30–8:30 AM.
All other vendors: Please arrive at 8:30 AM.

This staggered schedule ensures food trucks have the space needed to safely access their assigned locations.

Tear-down may not begin until 5:00 PM, once the festival has concluded.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Port Pride 2026! Please review the Vendor Guidelines below and complete an application, providing all documentation required and confirm acceptance once reviewed.

Vendor Guidelines

All registration fees are due at the time of registration.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
This is a family-friendly, all-ages event. Merchandise must be appropriate for a general audience.
The festival will be held rain or shine.
Vendors must provide their own tents (with weights), tables, chairs, and any required signage or displays.
Each vendor space is 10′ x 10′ with 2 feet of space between vendors. Please plan to keep all items within your
assigned footprint and do not encroach on neighboring spaces nor the space between vendors.
Vendors may purchase multiple spaces during registration.
Electricity is available in limited quantities and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Generators must be low-decibel models.

Full vendor regulations and detailed setup/tear-down instructions will be sent closer to the event date, along with your assigned space.
